This fee is charged for information and time spent with the client to assist them before, during and after their repair process and or dealing with other issues surrounding the repair procedures. If the client utilizes one of the WCSSC other Value Added Services this fee will be applied to that service. Most issues are typically resolved at the above fees however an additional fee may be applied for additional material. This service is billed per hour.

All Telephone Consulting fees will be credited to any VAS purchased.
