Poor Welding Procedures

These welds are at the inner quarter panel which is a major secitions point. This improper welding procedure is a safety issue and could cause the SRS not to deploy properly in a subsequent collision.

The welding procedures are lacking penetration, proper corrosion protection, proper seam sealing and under coating. In addition it is very possible the adjoining panels were damaged due to the improper welding procedures thus making it necessary to replace those adjoining panels.
