Imporper Frame/Unibody Repairs

This is a view of the damaged right front stablizer bar bracket and bushing. This condition was detected after my Post Repair Inspection of the vehicle for improper repairs. This is the condition the vehicle was returned to the consumer after being repaired at an insurance partner shop.

It was later diagnosed that this condition was a result of the combination of a damged frame component which caused the bracket damage. The bracket was not address during the repair process and the wheel alignment specifications given to the consumer showed that the front suspension system was within alignment specifications. The bodyman that repaired the vehicle and the alignment man and possibly any quality control personnel at the shop missed this damage.
