Prevailing Rates !

Controlling labor rates contribute to controlling costs and potential improper repairs. Collision labor rates are extremely low for the technical experience needed to repair structurally damaged vehicles.

Contracts !

When your client is involved in an accident two separate contracts are enforced!

    • The first and the most important is the contract for the at fault driver to indemnify the vehicle owner for their loss;

    • and the second is the contact of vehicle repair with the vehicle owner and the repair facility.

    One important issue to remember is that the vehicle owner is not obligated to repair their vehicle and are owed the for all damages to their vehicle. It is important that these contracts are not threated like an HMO/PPO type contract.
